I think my HubSpot account has been deactivated
I took my eye off the ball and have let my HubSpot subscription lapse and currently think my account has been deactivated, meaning that all my business contact data has been lost.
All the names and contact details it has collected since I set it up in 2019, maybe before. It wasn’t until covid I did anything with and migrated existing contacts from Capsule CRM and adopted HubSpot as my main tool for Sayers Solutions, that alongside the website, social media and personal interactions like networking. It has been the backbone of my business.
I have been able to explore campaigns and tactics and have conversations and interactions. HubSpot has held the records of emails, conversations and data over all that time.
A frustration experienced over recent years is the lack of engagement and interaction. I understand everyone is busy, you have your own work to do, you don’t want to waste time chatting to people in your network. But without that interaction, I can’t illustrate the way that I can help you or your contacts.
One part of my mind questions the deliverability through HubSpot, whether that provided an obstacle. The communication preferences and adherence to opt in makes it challenge enough, but I am pretty sure I have a better success rate sending emails without the integration to HubSpot.
Admittedly my attentions have always been distracted with what is now Work Rest or Play but historically has been known as the HD8 Network. And I possibly only used it three times a year. I implemented a concentrated effort this year to make contact, but it was despondent looking through cold leads and old conversations.
I will be truly gutted to lose contact details of beloved customers in the past, whether we worked together for a long time or you took advantage of a free success session or business plan review. I trust our paths will pass again and we’re sure to be connected on Linkedin. Which is my current sales strategy focus – cleaning up Linkedin.
So. I am now starting from scratch. If you want to stay in touch, let me know … however first I need to decide which platform to choose to use, or do I instead look at a plethora of options, so all my eggs are not in one basket.
Fancy booking a call, my calendar is *don’t even have a calendar, coz I cancelled Calendly the year before and went all in with HubSpot … email contact@sayerssolutions.co.uk
