However today we are looking at what a CRM is and why you should consider using one, if you don’t already.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management.

It refers to a strategy and set of practices that organizations use to manage their interactions and relationships with customers.

Some people we’ve talked to recently use a spreadsheet to organise this data, but this starts to get very tricky and cumbersome when dealing with higher numbers of contacts, and operating different functions and implementing different campaigns.
