Kickstart Your 2022 Marketing Plan

We are really excited at Sayers Solutions to be able to offer two opportunities during February to create and work on your marketing strategy, in our Workshop and 6-Week Course.

We help small businesses be better at what you do, through focusing on your marketing and strategy.

For those of you who just want to dip your toes in the water and do it alone, then you can join us for our 2-hour workshop on Thursday 10th February starting at 10am.

We will look at what a Marketing Plan is, what is included and how you implement a workable and effective one for your business.

Or for those of you who want more guidance and support while building your own Marketing Plan, driving your business forward, then our 6-week course (1 hour per week) is made for you.

We will take you step by step, guiding you through the stages of creating a sustainable marketing plan for your business.

The sessions include peer support; giving you the opportunity to receive and give expert knowledge and empathy of a business owner, that comes from experiencing, overcoming, and succeeding (as well as sometimes failing) through the many pain points of running a business.

This course also includes an individual consultation session with Sayers Solutions, to help you pull it altogether.

The group sessions start on Thursday 17th February and will be held on Zoom between 13.30-14.30pm

Both sessions, as with our individual coaching and consultation sessions, are designed to help you create a fluid and reflective plan, focused on moving your business to where you want it to be.

Building a strategy should not dominate day to day activity.

At Sayers Solutions we just love to help our clients audit their business, and together, build a solid strategy that works.

These sessions available to you starting in February, as well as our individual coaching and consultation sessions, help you to identify where you are going and what you want to achieve.

You will be guided through ranges of business models and techniques that will benefit your business, understand its potential, and exceed its goals.

By examining your strengths and weaknesses, comparing them to the market and matching them with your ideal customer, you will clearly be able to identify tools and tactics available and suitable for your business.

The sessions will help you to assess the systems you already have in place and ensure they are working for you, or if you are working for them.

As well as finding appropriate ways to measure your activity; to see how easily you achieved or changed your plans according to the results received.

Sayers Solutions services are generally delivered through coaching, consultation, and training, however if you don’t have the resource to do it yourself then why not let us step in as your very own marketing department to deliver the tactics.
